Hello,
I opened an American PayPal account by mistake and now I can´t shut it. I follow the steps and it keeps on saying "sorry, please try again later" (I've been trying for three days) Please I need some help with this issue.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
