I get the same notice. Why? Paypal says my money won't be "processed" for 6 days for god sake! I may as well send the seller a check. They add: "Make an instant bank payment and get your items faster by logging in to your Paypal account and adding a credit card..." I had already done that for years, and it still doesn't let me make an instant payment and forces the seller to wait. Plenty of money in my account to cover the purchase, so that's not it. I've been a registered Ebay member since 1998 and never caused a problem. I'm rapidly losing faith in what used to be a fine payment system....Paypal. Maybe it really IS time to go back to optional checks and mail order forms for payment.
