I have no idea why i can't Log into Paypal-prepaid.com

ive had a paypal mastercard for about 2 years and never had a problem with it and all of a sudden i cant login to the website for the mastercard, the Paypal website itself is still fine but i am unable to do anything with my mastercard account and dont know why. Is anyone else having this problem or know why this could happen.

Note: ive tried all the simple technical issues on my end like using a different browser clearing cookies/caches, even using the mobile app and still no luck with the same error every time "We encountered a problem trying to log you in. Please try again."

Thank you, I did this and it was resolved. For anyone this suddenly happens to the problem with me was that they put a restriction on the card because they suspected some suspicious activity which was just me trying to make a bigger purchase than usual which set off an alarm for them but just call them, it was handled very quickly
