I cant transfer funds from paypal to account

I have done this before with no issue.  Just goes to error and blank screen when i try to go to my wallet to tranfer funds to my bank account.

I'm getting the same error when ever I try to click on wallet, or the transfer to bank link. I have tried to get to it on two different devices with different opporating systems. Says the page has been redirected to many times.
