I cannot receive payments. I tried sending a payment through my mothers account and no luck, also asked two of my friends to send me a payment but it doesn't work. They all get the same error message: "Your payment was declined, contact your card issuer etc". Their accounts are fine because they can send payments to other accounts without an error.
My account is verified as well as my email(confirmed).
