I have a Debit card i used to have for my old paypal account, i removed all traces of my credit card and bank account and everything from that account because it was unsafe. I made a new one but it says i can't add my credit card, i added my bank account and it was fine but it says We can't add this card. I tried to call customer support but i guess there isnt one in my country. I'd like my card to be fully re-set so i can add it to my new paypal account.
