Hi Guys, Does paypal ever do a manual review of account activities. I have been issues buying a service from fiverr or even sending money as family as friend. Nothing helpful, no response to email and you need luck to speak with a nice support rep. They have not been helpful. Does their security ever lifts a restriction since this people are not responding.
