I DID NOT RECEIVE MY PAYMENT

Hello, please help me with my problem. I expected to receive a payment on October 4, 2017. I wonder why  i did not receive my payment when the person who will send me a payment was already sent the payment to me. And also he give me a screenshot that the payment was already sent. Please help me with this problem. I am so worried. Give this an  action immediately. Thanks!!

The same thing happen to me a while ago. My client said that he paid me for my service last Nov. 22 and now 8 days passed I did not received those payment that he sent to me. If you get it fix let me know.
