So I ve had an existing credit line with PayPal, and its been very aggravating to say the least. So I was unable to use it and I asked why here and I got PayPal credit wasn't for instant or on the fly purchases, I would need to use a cc for that, so what do I need to do, do I submit a order to PayPal credit in advance? What's the procedure?
