I am looking to set up a paypal account for a friend who is battling cancer to help pay for some of the costs associated with her treatments. Is there/what is the best way to set up such an account? It wouldn’t be considered non-profit but we are looking to avoid the huge fees that sites like Go Fund Me impose so that she gets the most benefit from the donations. Also, would those donating have to be registered under a paypal account to donate or would they be able to donate without one?
