For example, if I buy a subscription but forget to cancel it, and my linked debit card has $150 on it, but the subscription automatically charges me for $200, I do not want PayPal to credit the seller on my behalf and try to collect $200 from me afterwards. I want PayPal to automatically refuse to carryout the transaction and ensure that I don't have the subscription. My bank will decline the payment, but I don't want to owe PayPal money.
How do I do that?
