Good day. I have problem with 2 payments via this system. Lately today I tried to buy a ticket of website flixbus and pay via paypal system. eventually, after the payment was done, on the flixbus website the page with the error jump up and there was said that something went wrong, the payment is not successful and I need to contact paypal for solving this problem. Then I tried again, the same error has occurred the second time, when I checked my paypal account but the money was gone already, and the status of this payment is still pending, below the payment I found this text " This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when the user: FlixMobility GmbH completes your order." what should I do?

You can wait a bit to see what changes in your account and transaction history and see if you get any notifications from the seller, else phone PayPal's customer support for assistance.
