I have a pending transaction charge from a vendor who notified me that they no longer carry the item I tried to purchase. It does not appear that they charged my PP account, however on my PP summary I have this open Pending charge from this vendor. Clicking on or near the pending transaction shows NO way to cancel this. Is there away to cancel it, can I talk to a PP representative?
