Having problems with paying, cant remove card, pending transaction.

I keep having problems with sites like steam and trying to using paypal keeps saying that I dont have a payment method, and wants me to add another.

Also when I try to remove my bank account it wont let me saying I have pending transactions, I dont have any, went through my entire history, I have a few denied, refunds, and one expired. The expired was a pending until recently, messaged PayPal about it but they just ignored me.

I would like to ya know, use my paypal again, or atleast ya know remove my bank account.

Or atleast get a bloody reply from Paypal.
