Not sure how we would know the answer to that one.
Your best bet is to contact customer services and ask them.
But first check your subscriptions and make sure there is nothing in there >>
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > and under "manage upcoming payments" top left of page second option down is pre-approved payments.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I was also hit by fake "google" purchases. Paypal have not helped - they said the purchases were from a 'previously set up billing agreement' which is not true at all. They then "closed the case". It's very frustrating as I have provided them with all the evidence! Any ideas that might help me get a refund for all the transactions?
There were multiple transactions like this - so far Paypal have not helped at all:
Seller's Name: Google
Seller's Email: wallet-disputes-uk@google.com
Seller's Transaction ID: 66139581TU825024P
Transaction Date: 4 Jun 2017
Transaction Amount: -0.79 GBP
Invoice ID: GB00GZANG9
Your Transaction ID: 1GJ2067648613824C
Case Number: PP-005-870-601-826
Buyer's Transaction ID: 1GJ2067648613824C
