If i want so send money with paypal from a romanian bank account to a german ban account how much comission would i pay? Is this transfer possible? Thank you
That's a good question. Transactions on PayPal occur between PayPal accounts. A Romanian PayPal account can definitely send a payment to a German PayPal account.
