I do online surveys and let the rewards build up and then withdraw them. I withdrew 7 amounts from my account with Mobrog Surveys (Splendid Research GmbH) each with an amount of $6.25, it is an automated withdrawal system that takes you to Paypal and you have to signin and the amount then goes off your Mobrog account and is credited within 90 minutes into your Paypal account. As you can only make two payments a day of these amount, the payments were spread over 4 day: 2 x $6.25 0n the 13th March - both accounted for; 2 x $6.25 On the 14th March - only one accounted for and received, one remains unallocated and unreceived - one payment missing; 2 x $6.25 On the 15th March - only one accounted for and received, one remains unallocated and unreceived - one payment missing; and lastly 1 x $6.25 On the 16th March - accounted for. I have tried contacting both Mobrog and Paypal through their 'help' and 'contact us' modules, but the whole issue remains unresolved and I am getting nothing but irrelavent and non-related automated answers from both firms. What can I do? How can I contact a person who will be able to help me. I even tried 'Resolution Center" on Paypal - with no solution to my problem.
