I want send a credit card to  my daughter in brazillian currency and add money on a monthly bases, how can I do that?

No need for a card - if you have a PayPal account and your daugther has a PayPal account, you can send her money.  She can then withdraw the funds to either a US bank account or a local bank account.  Both accounts should be "verified", else you either may encounter limits and/or holds on funds.
