How is it that if I want to purchase LEGAL sporting shooting range equipment Paypal will not allow it because Paypal doesn't like what I want to buy? I mean can they also decline a certain brand or color of tablecloth if Paypal doesn't like it? LEGAL PURCHASE is the point here. We as account holders can only purchase what Paypal likes? How is this possible today??

Hello,
I'm very sorry that you are experiencing these difficulties.
In the PayPal User Agreement, it states;
10.5 We may refuse to process a payment if we believe there is a risk associated with it or if it breaches any law, statute, ordinance or regulation. For example, we may refuse to process a payment:
- Sent to a person or country sanctioned by the United Nations, the United States government or Australian government; or
- Where we believe there is a legal or regulatory risk or a risk of loss being suffered by us or our users.
So since PayPal may believe there's a risk in allowing the payment for firearms to go through, they won't allow it.
I would recommend that you contact PayPal Customer Service and ask them if there's any way that you can connect a Firearms Licence to your account.
I hope that this helps you with your enquiry.
Kind regards,
Connor.
Please note: This is the Australian PayPal User Agreement and the User Agreement may differ depending on what country you're in.

USA purchase here. Purchasing from a licensed FFL dealer and as per federal regulations having it shipped to a FFl licensed dealer is perfectly legal. So the " risk associated with it or if it breaches any law, statute, ordinance or regulation." is moot. This is just another Liberal attack on LEGAL gun ownership. Looks like the LEGALITY of good old Liberal 10.5 needs to be Legally challenged.
