Error when trying to withdraw money to bank account

Hi!
I've just verified my PayPal account by connecting it with my credit card.
Got the email that my withdraw limits are raised so I can send money from PayPal to my bank account.
Here comes the problem. When I try to do it I get that error message:
"Sorry, we're unable to process your request. Please try again later."
My question is very simple. Why does this happen and how can I fix it?

Bank account.
When I have to select where to send the money I have only one option, it's my bank account.

No idea then as if you have a linked bank account connected to your U.S paypal account you should be able to withdraw CLEARED funds.
You need to contact customer services direct so they can view your account and see why you can't.
