I recieved several eBay gift cards and I have purchased items without problems, but recently I tried to purchase an item with the cost of 17.45 dollars and my card still has 35.05 dollars but the transaction fails and I recieve the message:
''We couldn't process your PayPal payment
- Please retry checkout
- You can select or add another credit card or bank account within PayPal
- If you get this message more than once, please contact PayPal customer support for further assistance''
At ebay check out I apply the redemption number and the total is 0.00 and then i proceed to paypal to complete the transaction and i recieve the same message.
Any help will be apreciated.
