How do I fix  ERRORCODE-50001

Contacted PayPay about this this morning.  What I was told is that it's a known issue they are working on.  It has to do with having the default online payments set to PayPal Credit.  If you change your default to balance or bank temporarily, you will be able to purchase and print labels. 

 

It's very unfortunate PayPal doesn't feel the need to release this information, or comment on these threads, saving their users lots of time and frustration (and themselves, for having to take the calls).  We understand it's a temporary solution, but one that works.

Me too. I've tried 3 different browsers and cleared my cache. Nothing helped.

same here... this is a joke.. all week been having the issue.. seems many are too.. no explanation from paypal.

have tried all the workarounds, 5 different browsers, cache clearing, updated CC info. etc..

flatout joke.

WoW Thank you. I will definitely try this. They also need to tell all there people about this problem. It's rediculous, I have called, talked to 3 different people. First 2 people didn't know anything about this issue. 3rd person said they knew of the issue and were working on it. I hope and Pray this idea works, I've lost sales because they want the Paypal guarantee. Thank you So Much, going to go try this right now😘
