ERROR CODE: 70020

Keep receiving this error code when trying to pay for an item on eBay. I purchased a few other items along with this particular item in the same transaction, however they have been successfully paid for except for this particular item. There is sufficient funds in the bank account connected to my PayPal so that should not be an issue. Please help as this item has been won in an auction and needs immediate payment so they can ship it to me the next business day.

I just had this error for the first time.  This is what happened to me to cause the problem: I sold a coat for 25.00 and the buyer wanted to return it and get a refund.  I approved her refund and so PP put her $25.00 payment on hold untill she returned the coat to me.  The problem was that my sister spent all the money I had in my PP account and PP did not take the $25.00 out of my bank account to put on hold again.  My opinion is that they should not have even used that $25.00 in my PP account that was on hold... but rather taken what they needed from my bank account and left the $25.00 on hold in my PP account.  So when I purchase 2 new items  and try to pay for them I got that Error 70020.  So what I did 1st was to pay that $25.00 that should have remained on hold back to PP from my bank account and then I was able to go into Ebay and purchase my two new items.  Hope this helps all of you with this error 70020 problem!
