Hey Sarah I'm sorry to hear what you're going through I would definitely call PayPal customer service and see if they can help you find a way to access your funds you can shop and use your PayPal balance.
I would probably suggest in the future to maybe not be ready to accept payments or happy will send you money until you have validated accounts online to accept those funds they have access to I wish you the best of luck.
