I received a payment of 147 pounds that resulted in 141,07 pounds in account balance after Paypal charged their fee. In euros, according to Paypal conversion tool, the balance should be 167,14 euros. but the balance shown in euros is 154 euros. How can that be possible? How can 141 pounds be 167 euros when converting as payment but only 154 euros when converting as balance? How do I lose almost 13 euros even after Paypal charged their fee??Something is not right here. Can someone explain?
