So, last night I was able to activate my credit card with my Paypal account. I`ve dying to buy this good wine from a good shop but before that, I tested buying something worth $4.00 (Php. 200.00). So, upon testing a notice saying "We`re sorry. Your MasterCard was declined. Please add another debit or credit card to complete your purchase."
Please take note:
- I already confirmed/activated my credit card as per procedure given.
