Is there any way to get a customer service person on the phone . Someone live to talk to ?? I have tried for several hours to get ahold of somebody and I am put on hold for a 1/2 hour or more at a time.
Trying to reach customer service is always a hassle. Call wait times are almost always 30 min. Emails go to the wrong department because they have a limited number of email "topics" to choose from in their email form. When you do send an email, you get an auto reply that usually has nothing to do with your original question, requiring you to restate your original question and send a 2nd email. A 24/7 chat feature would really be nice.
