I made a purchase with an online vendor and paid with PayPal. My account shows the debit. However the same payment amount shows up as a charge on my credit card. How does this happen and does one credt the other.
Not sure what happened - what do you have setup in your account as your primary funding source? If a primary funding souce is not selected, PayPal will first look at your PayPal account balance. If you have insufficient funds in your Paypal account balance, PayPal will then use your bank account, if you don't want to use your bank account you can choose another source such as a credit card.
if he chose to use his credit card to make payment via Paypal,then it will be a charge to his credit card,but Paypal will also show the transaction as a debit,but it would not affect his Paypal balance /
