Changing type of currency

my account tells me that my total is in 2 different currencies. US dollar and Euro. how to i exchange Euro to US dollar so i can withdraw it?

Click on the currency you want to convert on the details (>) icon and then select 'manage currencies' under the pop up box.

Currency conversion is on the right side of that page.
