Hi, I have a VIsa debit card which doesn't work on paypal. I use it every week for different reasons and I dont have any problems at all with it, only on paypal. Help/ billing info are correct and the card was not used on another account.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
