In last couple of days I tried to receive payment to my paypal balance but senders told me thet they cant send money because of some error. I am from Bosnia and have Bosnian bank card linked to my account. At the moment, i'm in Australia. Is that a problem? Al senders are from Australia. They cant even send money via paypal.me
Since you're in Australia but your account is Bosnian, this will trigger PayPal's complicated security measures. They might think you're some hacker digging into one's account from another place because you're in different IP. For this to be solved, you must close your Bosnian account and open a new one with an address where you're at.
