Cant pay on Origin, but can on eBay - credit card expired

I triedto pay a game on Origin, but Paypal tells me my credit card expired and I need to add/edit it. My bank account is empty and I keep it that way. I tried to buy something on eBay to test the ability to pay goods, and it worked, but not able to pay on Origin Games. What can I do? I don't want to add a credit card.

Better contact the merchants / Origin, in what other way you can send your payments using your paypal account.
