So I tried to send money for a service to a friend not once but twice and now i don't know what its gonna happen because when i send the money he was about to get the money on 20 April wich it was too long and i didn't get any service back i am afraid if i will let the case like this he is gonna win. And i don't even have minutes to call on paypall what should i do?? there is a live chat ??? where i can talk with someone from paypall or something ????
