I am a first time PayPal user (and probably last time) My friend sent me money to help me out threw Facebook I have had both my card and bank account confirmed but can't transfer money to either. It's been three days now that this keeps happening smfh. What's real funny to me is that they added money to my account and withdrew it to verify my bank account but yet I can't receive/transfer my money.... what a **bleep** joke smh!
