Can't receive payment on ebay via Paypal

Hi, I have a problem the last 3 days and i can't receive payments from Ebay.

Customers contacted me and they said that they can't pay me via Paypal on Ebay.

The message that appears to them is :

Sorry, this payment option isn't available. Here are your options:

• Select a different payment option.
• Contact PayPal customer service to resolve this issue   

On our webshop the paypal works fine as we get the payments without any problems.

I contacted with Ebay but they said  that is everything ok in my ebay account.

Suggest you contact paypal customer services as its an account issue.
