Hi, i made an online purchase order at Toys R Us through my paypal account and it says on my paypal that order is pending with merchant, thus pending payment on Paypal too. However, it turns out I had insufficient funds and ended up paying for the item using bank card instead. When I checked with Toys R Us, no order had been placed linked to paypal payment. So now i want to delete the order but there is no way i can do so. i also don't want to top up my account in fear that i will be charged again. What to do? how can i cancel the order? or should i top up, let the order be charged and then cancel it via toys r us once they register the order? it's really messy when it should be rather straight forward and easy. Can someone help? thanks!
