I tried to link my paypal account with Alibaba Cloud but failed, the error message did not help, only showed "Sorry, we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time."
My paypal account is linked with my Apple id, but I just can not make it work with Alibaba Cloud.
Is there anyone who has the same problem? Is there a fix?
