Can I use paypal without Credit Card or Bank Account? August 2017

Hello!

I was wondering if it was possible to Use PayPal without a credit card, or a Bank Account.

I don't have a Credit Card nor a Bank Account. I can't apply because my Guardian won't let me. Anyway can I get a Virtual Credit Card by any chance? Maybe no billing needed? I just need this Credit Card to hook this PayPal up to my XBOX for free trials lol, Otherwise, it wont let me continue.

First you must be 18 to open a PayPal account, if you're not - then don't bother.

As for having an account without meeting the requirements to be "verified" - yes, it's possible you can do that however, it's basically "useless" - you will have limits for sending and receiving, your funds can be held for up to 21 days and the only way you can withdraw any money from your account balance is by requesting a paper check - it takes about two weeks, there's a $1.50 charge and the receiving address must be a physical street address, not a PO Box.

If you're good with that - that's OK too.

Note, PayPal does not accept "virtual cards' anymore - has to be a branded valid Visa, MC, Discovery or Amx.

I am 18+ and It says I have to link a Credit Card or Bank Account, so I have no clue what your saying.
