Hi, the paypal t&c for protecting buyers exclude transactions envolving motor vehicle. The paramotor is technically a sports goods and is motorized, yet not a vehicle. Is it covered by paypal buyer protection? I want to buy a paramotor used, and the seller will ship to me.
