Dear community,
several days ago i created a paypal account and linked it to my ebay page. everything was good first few days. now i am not able to pay invoices from my suppliers, sending funds via frinds and family, services adn goods, printing shipping labels on ebay, etc..
I called to Paypal and the specialist told me that i have to change the address on the bank account to the address where my busiess is. well, i did so.. but no changes after that.
another speialist told me that i have to remove my phone number from my family plan and add my name and address there. I did so (registered another t-mobile contract in my name and address). but the issues still excist.
I have been calling to paypal every day several times and got different answers every time.
I have a 100% confirmed account with Paypal (all docs were submited per their request)
i am ok with receiveing money, no hold on my funds.
any advice will help
