Good day, I want to consult why I can not do online purchase in BestBuy.

 

At BestBuy after making the purchase immediately send me a message with the following: "Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your information, so we canceled item (s) from your order."


Please help me, because the people at my bank say they have no blocking, for my card.

 

I was able to make a purchase more than a month ago and later to that purchase I have not been able to make any and I have tried with 4 different cards of 2 banks.

Hope someone can help me
