All Incoming Recurring Payments are Skipping!

All of our incoming payments are skipping. We have about 1000 individuals on a payment per day but EVERY payment is skipping, does anyone know why?

I don't know why but same thing happened to me today. It must be a problem with paypal's processors or something.
