Add Paypal Account on Bing Ads

hello,

like to add my Paypal Account as Payment method on Bing Ads For my Marketing works ! 

I like to Promote My few online Product By paid Promotion on Bing 

When I try to add The payment method By using Paypal ,  Paypal Told me to add a Credit Card . 

but please Note , i already have linked a Card into paypal !
