Ok so I’m getting really annoyed now I sent some documents to PayPal on the 4th of March I phone them up and he said you account limitations will be lifted in 24hrs I’ve put your account on high alert so I check next day still the same so I phone up and she says 3 days they will be lifted 3 days later and still nothing I have sent PayPal the tracking ref for the parcels I sent and they have been delivered all I want is my money but their making it impossible to do so how can I just withdraw my money
