Please refer to title. I am 100% confident that I have more than sufficient amount of money to make my purchases, but then suddenly I get a notice saying I have "insufficient funds" when I know I have money in my bank account. Unless I am one of those unfortunate victims of a false claim. PayPal takes the money out from my bank account in order to pay the merchant(s) in question. This has NEVER happened to me until couple days ago when I got an email about it. I am attempting to pay off the debt since it's not a large bill, but I am curious if I'll still be able to use PayPal as normal if I wasn't clear on my previous question. Any help and insights to this would be appreciated.
