So I'm having issues trying to use my Paypal Smart Connect account for a purchase on the internet. I click on the Check out with PayPal button but every time I sign in, I get the message "We're Sorry, but we can't send your payment right now". I tried calling PayPal and was told there was no record of a payment getting declined and everything looks good. What do I do now??
