problem adding new card

I tried adding my new credit card w/chip many times, but PayPal rejects it.  I have checked with the new card company, and they verify that it has been successfully actrivated and currently good to use, but PayPal still reject sit.  Any solution?

Is it a card paypal accept?

You would need to ask customer services why they are rejecting it.
