I received payment on email but in my PP payment received tab, order status/actions, its showing "issue refund" button instead of "accept" button. How can i get my money?
If someone uses the send money feature, there is an "accept" link but, not for a sales transaction, only the "refund" link should you decide not to accept the sale.
As no one here can view account information, we really don't know what is going on with your account transactions. Suggest contacting customer support with your concerns, they can look at your account transaction history details and advise.
