i want to purchase item, but ebay won't allow me, error code 70226, it says that i reached my limit.

hello everyone,

firstly, sorry for my bad english. so the problem is as stated in the title.

i want to buy item from ebay (Buy it now) and i won't allow me as after the final page (the page that you confirm and pay with paypal) this message come up:

Error code: 70226:

To ensure that eBay remains a safe marketplace, we limit the quantity of items that can be bought or sold by a single account at one time. These limits may change over time and are determined by your previous site activity and overall performance.

Currently, your account has reached the limit for bidding and buying, but you can increase this limit by providing additional verification. Thank you for your understanding.

*i am new to ebay and paypal (just created both of them few days ago at the same time).

*i never bought an item before (i did once, but with my friend's account)

*i verified my paypal account (as the 1.95$ is my paypal account right now)

*i think i provided all my account information ( perhaps i miss something?)

*i linked my ebay to my paypal. (as this is what it says in my account settings "Your eBay account is linked with your Paypal account: ....h@live.com")

*the seller does ship the item to my adress country.

*my paypal account is premier (well i think it is kinda different with personal isn't it)

*in my profile "Log In with PayPal Websites where I've logged in with PayPal" section, ebay is not in there although i successfully linked it as it says in ebay.com and i succesfully log in the last page of my transaction (i think this is the problem, paypal is not detecting my account, isn't it?)

any suggestions?

Have you "verified" your PayPal Account?   (Meaning you have linked and confirmed both a bank account and credit card.)

Yes i did and i'm sure of that! (the 4 digits stuff on the credit card statement)

Suggest contacting customer support and inquire about the issue, the people there can view your account details and advise.
