Hi , Just create a new paypal account today and i want to send an eCheck with it but unable to send it and getting this error.
"We can't send your payments right now. If the problem continues please contact Customer Support."
Even i tried to send money low but still getting this error..On of my friend who have already old paypal account and had been successfuly sent many eCheck but now he is also getting same problem..i asked 2 another guys about it and they said they are also getting this error last some days..So would you like to tell me what's going on and why are unable to send eCheck now.? Thanks
